Jacqueline Bertoux
Jacqueline I. “Jackie” Bertoux, 71, of Harvel died on Thursday, March 29, 2012, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 1, at the First Presbyterian Church in Morrisonville. Memorial services will follow at 3 p.m. at the church with the Rev. Jim Ferrill officiating.
Burial will follow in Morrisonville Cemetery. Perfetti Funeral Home in Morrisonville is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bertoux was born in Taylorville on Sept. 23, 1940, the daughter of the late Charles and Virginia (Rossi) Miller. She married Henry Bertoux at the First Presbyterian Church in Morrisonville on July 13, 1985, and he preceded her in death.
She was an accountant for the State of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services before retiring. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Morrisonville, where she served as treasurer.
Mrs. Bertoux is survived by a son, Bradley Kolkhorst of Chicago; a daughter, Ronda (husband Dale) Clarke of Fort Worth, TX; a stepson, Sean (wife Rebecca) Bertoux of Rushville; a stepdaughter, Marshan Bertoux of Racine, WI; grandchildren, Danielle (husband Charles) Rombold, Dustin Clarke and Lane and Sebastian Bertoux; a brother, Dick (wife Juanita) Miller of Taylorville; and several nieces and nephews.
