Doris E. Martin

Doris E. Martin, 71, of Panama passed away Saturday, April 21, 2007 at 12:15 PM at her home.

She was born April 11, 1936 in Christian County, Illinois the daughter of Lester and Goldie (Clark) Walton. She married Robert Martin on February 13, 1954 in Hillsboro, IL. He preceded her in death on January 15, 2003; her parents, 2 brother and 3 sisters also preceded her in death.

Doris was a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Litchfield and Hillsboro area.

Survivors include: Sons, Bill (wife, Marti) Martin and Mike Martin both of Panama, IL; daughter, Linda (husband, Don) Eller of Gonzales, LA; sister in law, Violet Walton of Stonington, IL; 3 Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Friends may call on Sunday, April 29 from 1:00-2:30 PM at the Perfetti Funeral Home in Panama. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 29 at Perfetti Funeral Home with the Rev. Ralph Ward officiating.
