Sherry Kay Revisky, 66, of Peoria, passed away at 2:13 p.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Sherry was born October 17, 1955 in Chicago, the daughter of late Louis “Babe” and Katherine J. (Zapka) Revisky. She graduated from Newark Community High School in 1973. Sherry obtained her LPN license from Joliet Central High School District 204, School of Practical Nursing in 1982. She had a lifelong love of music, was an accomplished organist, and enjoyed traveling.
Sherry is survived by her brothers, Ron (wife, Veronica) Revisky of Minooka, and Larry (wife, Tam) Revisky of Sheridan; and several nieces and nephews.
A private, family graveside ceremony will be held at Sunnyside Cemetery in Sorento.
The family has entrusted Perfetti-Assalley Funeral Home in Sorento with ceremonies.
