  1. Light a CandleMax was a pleasure to work with and was always very helpful whenever problems or questions arose. His drawings were beautiful and masterful. Max will be sincerely missed.

  2. Light a CandleJoe Primeaux (coworker & friend)
I knew Max as a coworker at the plant. In the late 2010’s he was working on procedures and helping with the radwaste operations center, he and I would work on tough problems together. Sometimes he would give me full on assist with a lot of this work. He and I got along well and I always liked working with Max. After retirement, we would meet for breakfast on Fridays, but I would also see him sometimes at circle south where he would bring his art pad with him. We would often talk and he would update me on his sketches, especially if he had some that he recently posted. Sometimes I would get to talk with him at church. I always enjoyed talking to him and thought what a great job he did at the plant! I also through his shared stories, got to realize all that he did for his family! He loved all of them so much! A very good man and an excellent friend. Gonna miss Max.

  3. I am so sorry to hear of Max’s passing. Know, Alana and family, that I will be keeping you all in my prayers. I just talked to him recently about his plans for the future and moving. We will miss him as a neighbor and friend. ❤️

  5. Max Muletrain as he was known in the Cowboy Action Shooting World was a great member of the McLean County Peacemakers. I attended many a shoot with him and he was always fun to be around. He did a lot of prop painting to enhance our club props and was liked by all. He will be missed, Tomahawk Johnson

  6. Light a CandleWe were good friends in high school. And summer baseball. Many weekends at the bowling alley. Neither one of us could get dates for the senior prom, so we did bowling, beers and cigars. And riding around in the old blue Vega!
