Norma M. Bethard

Norma M. Bethard, 98, of Morrisonville, passed away at 3: 15 a.m. on January 8, 2000 at Golden Manor Nursing Home of Nokomis.

Mrs. Bethard was born on March 21. 1901. in Palmer, the daughter of Benjamin and Lottie “Ellis” Hill. She married Loid V. Bethard on January 30, 1919. Mr. Bethard passed away on Aug. 26, 1964.

Mrs. Bethard was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Morrisonville and a life-long resident of Morrisonville.Mrs. Bethard is survived by her sons Loren Bethard of Morrisonville, Donald (and wife Lavonna) Bethard of Morrisonville, and Robert (and wife Sharon) Bethard of Palmer; six grandchildren; 16 great­grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and one niece and one nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Wayne Bethard, daughters Evelyn Kramer and Helen Bethard, one grandson, and one granddaughter.

Private family services for Mrs. Bethard will be held on January 10th with Rev. James Thomson officiat­ing. Burial will be in Morrisonville Cemetery. Moffitt Funeral Home of Morrisonville is in charge of the arrangements.
