I can’t thank Mike and his wonderful team for all they did to help us handle the details of the service and funeral for my mom. We didn’t know what to expect and Mike was professional and caring when answering all of our crazy questions. Luckily our mom had pre planned most of the details and created her own obituary. So Mike worked patiently with us before, during and after the service. I would recommend Mike and his team without hesitation.

Mike is very kind and caring. He also made sure that we could get a very nice Memorial service while staying within a rather tight budget. There were four of us involved in planning and he made sure all of us got a say in choosing and expertly negotiated the choices. He and his staff gave their all helping us in our difficult time and exceeded our expectations

Expectations were exceeded. They handled all the arrangements for us for which we were so grateful. A loved ones passing is so stressful but Assalley removed that stress for us. The service we had at that chapel was beautiful and tastefully done. Exceptional service. We appreciated their reaching out to us afterwards to see if we were doing okay and if they could be of further assistance. Wow! Don’t see customer service like that these days. Well done Assalley team!

My mother recently passed away and I had never had to make arrangements before. It was difficult to think about everything that would need done, but everyone at Shafer-Perfetti & Assalley made the process as easy as it could be. They were very understanding and took time to explain everything so we knew our options. I am very appreciative of their assistance during that time.

Mike and his staff did a fantastic job while we were dealing with the passing of our mother. They covered all of our needs and requests and things that we would never had thought of. A week after the service they reached out to make sure everyone was dealing with the grief and if anyone needed help. Truly a class act!
