Alice Elaine "Ali" Ellsworth, 66, of Sorento, died 18 Jan. 2010 at her residence.
Mrs. Ellsworth was born 18 Apr. 1943 in Springfield, the daughter of Rollie & Marvel (Dickerson) Stogdell. She married Harry Norman Ellsworth on 14Oct1972 at Granite City.
Preceding her in death were her parents; brother, Ben Stogdell; brother-in-law, Mike Ellsworth & father-in-law, Norman Ellsworth, Sr.
Mrs. Ellsworth worked as a homemaker & was a professional cake decorator, owning her own shop.
Survivors include her husband; Harry Ellsworth of Sorento; sons, John (Mary) Swinger of Columbus, OH; & Jeff (Kimberly) Swinger of Rockwall, TX; daughters, Bridget (David) Grotts of Pocahontas; Becky (Steve) Gilbert of Pocahontas; Theresa (Ritchie) Cruthis of Sorento; & Bobbi (Pat) Flanigan of Pocahontas; 21 grandchildren, Allie Sue, Dakota, Montana, Nick, Andy, Taylor, Kinsley, Miranda, Kyle, Brooke, Madison, Molly, Wyatt, Piper, Canyon, Beacon, Devon, Collin, Quenton, Alex & Katy; 1 great-grandchild, Logan; a brother, Rich (Marty) Stogdell of Roby; a sister, Bonnie (Leroy) Kohl of Edinburg; step-children, Annie (Bill) Henke of Granite City; Ethan (Carla) Ellsworth of Edwardsville; & Evan (Stacy) Ellsworth of Moro; & many nieces & nephews.
Private family services will be held on Thursday at the Perfetti Funeral Home in Panama. There will be no visitation.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or American Diabetes Foundation.
