Amelia Sue Poleon, infant daughter of Jessica Ann Poleon passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011 at 1:52 PM at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
Amelia Sue was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Chris Poleon and Warren and Lavene Oller.
Survivors include: Mother, Jessica Ann Poleon of Palmer, IL; Grandparents, Tyrone and Susan Poleon of Palmer, IL; Great Grandmother, Donna Poleon of Palmer, IL; Many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Private family funeral services will be held at Perfetti Funeral Home in Morrisonville with Rev. Stan Summers officiating.
Perfetti Funeral Home in Morrisonville is in charge of arrangements.
