Born in: Raymondville, MO
Resided in: Mulberry Grove, IL

Bea Davison, 82, of Mulberry Grove, IL, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born the daughter of Roy and Erma (VanDuesen) Hill on January 11, 1941, at the family home in Raymondville, MO. She attended school in Licking, MO until adolescence when her family relocated to Mulberry Grove. On October 15, 1961, she married Ronald Dean Davison in Greenville, IL. They were married for 61 blessed years.

Bea was a homemaker until her girls were in high school. At that time, she went to work at DeMoulin’s as a seamstress until retirement. She enjoyed watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball and taking day trips. Bea loved the Lord and attending church. She was a kind-hearted person who had a passion for caring for things, especially her animals and houseplants. More than anything, Bea’s love for her family was behind all that she did – cooking family dinners, phone calls with her sisters, watching her great-grand puppy, and her willingness to serve those she loved.

She is survived by her husband, Ron Davison of Mulberry Grove, daughters, Debbie (Jim) Blankenship of Mulberry Grove, Diane Busch of Greenville, granddaughter, Stephanie Blankenship of Mulberry Grove, siblings, Barbara Elliott of Reno, TX, Evelyn Painter of Hannibal, MO, Judy Tompkins of Highland, IL, Carol Henna of Vandalia, IL, and several nieces and nephews.

Bea was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Pat Blankenship and Sharon Campbell, brothers, Ray Hill and Earl Hill, and granddaughter, Mandy Busch.
