Bertie Lou Eggiman

Bertie Lou Eggiman, 78, of Hillsboro died Sunday, December 30, 2007. She was born May 17, 1929, in Waggoner, the daughter of John and Ada Pearl McCracken Welge. She was a homemaker. She was a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She was a member of the Moose. 

Surviving are her daughters: Diana Durbin of Hillsboro, Christine S. Bryant of Monmouth, Barbara Cabalbs of Goodyear, AZ, and Rhonda Eggiman of Taylorville; son, Mickey Eggiman of Taylorville; 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 6 adopted grandchildren; 6 adopted great­ grandchildren; 1 adopted great-great-grandchild; and sisters: Opal Dixon of Langleyville and; Geraldine Daughtery of Taylorville. She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters; two sons; and three brothers. 

Funeral services will be held at 11 :00 a.m. Thursday, January 3, in Shafer Funeral Home, with Rev. Bert Eickhoff officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
