Billy G. Stephens, 55 of Litchfield, died at 12:45 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, at Perfetti Funeral Home in Panama with the Rev. Bob Stone officiating.

Visitation will be on Saturday from 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Stephens was born on Jan. 11, 1958, at Granite City, the son of the late Billy E. and Verna M. (Stone) Stephens.

He was a member of the Edwardsville Labor Local and AMVETS.

Mr. Stephens is survived by three sisters, Rhonda Stephens (companion Ray Reynolds) of Irving, Robin (husband Brian) Kunkel of Litchfield, and Linda Stephens of Granite City; two nieces and three nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Lynnette Stephens.
