Carl L. Aufrecht

He was born October 25, 1908 in Taylorville, the son of Jake and Nita (Marshall) Aufrecht. He married Evelyn Fay West on 2-20-1944 in Taylorville. 

Carl was a Farmer and was a member of the Nazerene Church, Taylorville, Ill., 

Surviving are: His wife of Taylorville; Daughter: Carol (John) Kohl, Taylorville Son: Carl David (Judy) Aufrecht, Springhill, Fla; 7 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great Grandchildren; Sister: Pearl Barlow, Mattoon, Ill. Brother: Howard (Mary) Aufrecht, Murphysboro, Ill. 

Visitation will be Tuesday March 4, 2008 from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. at Shafer Funeral Home, Taylorville. Funeral will be Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Shafer Funeral Home Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery, Taylorville, Ill.
