Carolyn T. Miller

Carolyn Teresa Miller, 68, of O’Fallon, MO formerly of Harvel and Springfield passed away Saturday, November 19, 2005 at 11:15 AM at Garden View Care Center in O’Fallon.

She was born January 9, 1937 in Montrose, MO the daughter of Joseph John and Magdalene “Lena” Sarah (Voegele) Miller. Preceding her in death were her parents and a brother, Albert Miller.

Miss Miller graduated from Springfield Junior College (now Springfield College in Illinois) and St. Louis University. She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Springfield, Third Order of Franciscans, Catholic Daughters of America and Business and Professional Women’s Club of Springfield. She retired from St. John’s Hospital as a Medical Records Librarian in 1992 after 20 years of service.

Survivors: Brother, Steve (wife, Wanda) Miller of Raymond, IL; Sisters, Mary Ann (husband, Bill) Huber of O’Fallon, MO and Cecilia Miller of Harvel, IL; 4 Nieces and 3 Nephews; Several Great Nieces and Nephews.

Friends may call on Tuesday, November 22 from 10:00 AM until service time at St. Maurice Catholic Church in Morrisonville. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, November 22 at 11:00 AM at St. Maurice Catholic Church, with Rev. Chris J. Comerford officiating. Burial will follow in St. Maurice Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Springfield Mental Health Association or St. Maurice Catholic School.
