Catherine Lynne Brockelsby

Catherine Lynne Brockelsby, 47, of Edinburg, passed away on 9-13-2007 at 9:55 A.M., at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, Il. She was born 1-5-1960 in Taylorville, the daughter of William Duane and Patricia Lynne Moy Hamell. She married Bruce A. Brockelsby in Taylorville on 4-6-1996. She was a registered Nurse and a member of Edinburg Christian Church.

Surviving are her husband - Bruce of Edinburg; Father - William Hamell of Taylorville; Daughter - Blair Patricia Brockelsby, Edinburg; Son - Bryce Allen Brockelsby, Edinburg; Brothers -Randy (Penny) Hamell, Kevin (companion Angie Hyman) Hamell, and Billy (companion Lisa Price) Hamell, Taylorville. Nieces and Nephews. Brother-in-law - Steve (Marcia) Brockelsby, Taylorville. Sister-in-laws: Marsha (Mike) Lanham, Edinburg, Judy (Gary) McKinnie, Morrisonville, and Janet (Scott) Haines, Edinburg. Mother and Father in-law - Gayle and Margaret Brockelsby, Edinburg. 

She was preceded in death by her daughter - Rachel Lynne Spinner and her mother. 

Visitation will be Sunday, 9-16-2007 at Shafer Funeral Home, Taylorville. from 4:00 - 7;00 P.M. 
Funeral will be Monday 9-17-2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Shafer Funeral Home, Taylorville, 
Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery, Taylorville, Illinois
