Charles Rodney Degler

C. Rodney Degler, 37, of Sorento, IL passed away Friday, April 30, 2004 at 2:37 P.M. from injuries sustained in an automobile accident northwest of Sorento.

He was born September 24, 1966 in Litchfield, IL the son of Charles Richard and Mary Jo (Cruthis) Degler. Preceding him in death were his maternal and paternal grandparents. 

Mr. Degler was employed at Honda Of Illinois in Springfield as a car salesman. 

Survivors: Daughter, Abigail Joleen Degler of Sorento, IL; Parents, C. Richard and Mary Jo Degler of Sorento, IL; Many Aunts , Uncles and Cousins. 

Friends may call on Sunday, May 2, 2004 from 2:00-6:00 P.M. at the Perfetti Funeral Home in Sorento. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 3, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at the Sorento Assembly Of God Church, with Rev. Nancy Ribes officiating. Burial will be in Kirkland Cemetery, Sorento. 

Memorials may be made to the Abigail Degler Education Fund.
