So sorry to hear that Shayne had passed away. My condolences to the entire family. He was a great person and he will be missed.
Millie, Lance and family,
Words can’t express how saddened I was to hear of Shayne’s passing! I will always hold onto the memories we shared in school and hanging out in Edinburg! He was one of my best friends!!! I will always remember him! Love to you all Kelly (Reed) Brown
I have only known Shayne for about a year but I wanted to share my sympathy for his loss with the family. I meet him through a Bible study at Trinity Lutheran in Edinburg. It was good to get together and discuss the topics and to hear God’s word in that small group. I particularly remember one time when we were talking about how important it is to be intentional with our lives and pastor mentioned how it is really good to specifically ask God for what we need most and to share that with other Christians for support. Shayne, pastor and I went up to the altar in the church, knelt and prayed together for strength, comfort, forgiveness and guidance in areas where we struggled. It is a wonderful memory I will always have of how we encouraged one another and how important that sense of community is in both good times and challenging times. I will miss him here on Earth but I look forward to seeing him again in glory. I am grateful I met and shared time with him. Prayers and blessings for you.
Shane was a very kind soul, always had a smile on his face, our condolences to his family! Dorothy Bridgwater and Mike & Wendy Gochanour
