Charles W. "Chuck" Smith Jr. 40 of Webster, FL formerly of Morrisonville passed away at 5:28 PM on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at his home.

He was born on November 24, 1975 at Hillsboro the son of Charles W. and Evelyn (Morgason) Smith Sr. Chuck was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; 3 Uncles and 1 Aunt.

Chuck worked most of his life as an automobile mechanic. He loved spending time with his family.

Survivors include: His mother, Evelyn Smith of Bulpitt, IL and his father, Charles W. Smith Sr. of Harvel, IL; Daughter, Courtney Dowdy-Moore of Webster, FL; Sons, Tristan Thomas of Staunton, IL and Joel Smith of Litchfield, IL; 1 Granddaughter, Raylynn Moore; Sister, Christina M. Smith of Springfield, IL; 1 Niece, Karrisa Smith and 1 Nephew, Izaiah McCowan; Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Perfetti Funeral Home in Morrisonville.
