Dolores A. Orr

Dolores A. Orr, 70, of Taylorville died at 5:30 a. m. Friday, September 29, 2006, in her home.

She was born March 9, 1936, in Taylorville, the daughter of Ross Sr. and Frances (Buckles) Lake. She married Danny Orr. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her husband; daughters: Denise Beeson (companion Larry Solomon) of Longview, TX, and Nina Beeson and Kelly Beeson, both of Taylorville; sons: Mark Beeson and Tim Beeson (companion Cheryl), both of Taylorville, and Tony (wife Gina) Beeson of Winter Haven, FL; grandchildren: Aaron Hughes, Neil Hughes, Brandi Hughes, Tia Paine, Amanda Dispennett, Shane Dispennett, Kaley Armstrong, and Mitchell Pyle; 12 great-grandchildren; mother, of Taylorville; brothers: Ross (wife Phyllis) Lake of Bonita Springs, FL, and Terry Lake of Naples, FL; and sisters: Fran Muller of Canton, OH, and Debbie (husband Mark) Howard of Tovey. She was preceded in death by her father; daughter, Monica Sue Hughes; and granddaughter, Stephanie Brianne Dispennett.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 3, in Shafer Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be held for one hour prior to services in the funeral home.
