Dolores Mae Shoup, 73, of Taylorville, passed away at 12:18 a.m. on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at her residence.

Dolores was born May 28, 1944 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of Harold and Rose Anna (High) Shoup.  She was a long-time member of Trinity Lutheran Church, in Taylorville, and was employed by Christian County Mental Health for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Dolores is survived by her Trinity Lutheran Church family, and numerous friends.

Visitation & Funeral Ceremony: Friends may pay their respects from 9:00 a.m. until the time of ceremony at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 30, 2018 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1010 N. Webster St., Taylorville, IL 62568, with Rev. Rodney Blomquist, celebrant.

Interment will follow at Morrisonville Cemetery, in Morrisonville, IL.
