  1. I worked with Earl for many years at GP. He was a good man and a lot of fun to work with. Prayers for the family.

  2. Light a CandleI can’t begin to describe how grateful I was to have Earl as my neighbor. I grew up next door. After several years I returned to Taylorville and bought the home next to where I grew up. So, again Earl was my neighbor. He helped my sister and I frequently when my mom got ill. Many times it took us 3 to get her out of bed and into the car. He mowed all of our lawns for which we were greatful for, especially me when I was down with COVID the summer of 2020. The neighborhood lost a great man, friend and neighbor. I’ll sure miss seeing him out in the yard. My prayers to you all at this very difficult time.

  3. Light a CandleWas sorry to read about Earls passing. I used to work at Sunkist Cleaners and he would stop by and give everyone a hard time(jokenly) was a great guy.it is definitely a small world after reading the obit Sue I remember you cause went to school with your sister.prayers for the family during time like this

  4. Light a CandleI am so sorry to hear of Earl’s passing. I always enjoyed seeing him when he would come into the pharmacy. He was always so nice. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

  5. Earl was one of my regulars at Rene’s drug store in the 90’s. He was always so kind and left us with a smile. Prayers to his family and friends.

  6. My daughter April and I worked at Golden Corral many years ago with Clint. Earl would stop by daily to say hi. He always had a smile to share with all of us. So very sorry to hear about his passing. Prayers to his whole family. Sue (Miller) Klaus

  7. Light a CandleI’m so heartbroken that Earl left this earth. He loved nothing more than teasing me every single time I saw him. He always had the best laugh and a smile on his face. He loved watching his grandkids more than anything at everything they did from sports to parades and you could see the pride on his face every single time. God speed Earl. I will miss you so much!!

  8. A truly good person has left a mark on many. So happy our paths crossed. When I think of you, I smile. Memories will always be there. Thank you

  9. I’m so sorry Becky for your family’s loss. Earl would always go out of his way to say hi and talk a bit when our paths would cross. It’s a shame that there are not more men like Earl and my dad because they set the standard of what it really means to be a husband/father/man that future generations could look up to!
