Esther Doris McNeely

Esther Doris McNeely, 82, of Winter Park, Florida passed away October 2, 2006 at 7:00 AM at HCR Manor Care in Winter Park.

She was born March 6, 1924 in Harvel, Illinois the daughter of Henry and Sophia (Backhaus) Kolkhorst. She married Charles McNeely on July 25, 1941 in Missouri; they later divorced. Preceding her in death were her parents and 2 brothers, Fred and Earl Kolkhorst.

Mrs. McNeely was a homemaker.

Survivors: Daughter, Connie McNeely of Longwood, FL; Brother, Harold Kolkhorst of Morrisonville, IL; Sisters, Wilma Stowell of Springfield, IL and Louise Boyd of Hillsboro, IL; Granddaughter, Lori Taylor of Hillsboro, IL; 4 Great Grandchildren.

Friends may call on Thursday, October 5 from 10:00-10:45 AM at Moffitt­Perfetti Funeral Home in Morrisonville. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 5 at 11 :00 AM at Harvel Cemetery with Pastor Clifford Adair officiating. Burial will follow in Harvel Cemetery.

Moffitt-Perfetti Funeral Home in Morrisonville is in charge of arrangements.
