Everett Calvin Glover, 84, of Raymond died at 4:19 pm Tuesday, March 6, 2001, in Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
He was born September 3, 1916, in Morrisonville, the son of Calvin R. and Nellie A. Doerr Glover. He was the owner of Raymond Redi-Mix for many years and farmed and sold trailer in the Raymond area. He was affiliated with the Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his sons; Jimmy Glover of Raymond, Tom glover of Ft. Myers Beach, FL, Ronnie Glover and Everett Glover, II, both of Fort Myers, FL; daughters: Donna (husband Chip) House and Jayne e Glover both of Raymond, Becky Cloney of Riverton, Vicky (husband Jack) Cline of Evergreen, CO, and Ginger McCullers of Fort Myers, FL; 22 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Barcus of Santa Barbara, CA; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Calvin “bub” Glover; and brother, Glen Glover.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, March 10, in Morrisonville Cemetery, with Rev. James Thomson officiating.
Visitation will be held for one hour prior to services at Moffitt Funeral Home in Morrisonville.
