Florence Betty Drake-Izatt-Oldham

 Florence Betty Drake Izatt Oldham, 83, of Taylorville died at 5:17 a.m. Wednesday, September 10, 2008, in Taylorville Care Center. She was born December 27, 1924, in Albion, the daughter of Charles T. and Estelle Gubbins Drake. She married Jack A. Izatt . He died February 24, 1975. She then married Robert D. Oldham. He died May 3, 2007. She graduated from Edwards County High School. She worked as a title and abstract researcher. She was a member of RLDS Church, Taylorville.

Surviving are her son, Michael A. (wife Kirsten L.) Izatt of Wheaton; step-children: Rebecca (husband David) Reed of Edinburg and David (wife Norma) Oldham, Doug (wife Dana) Oldham and Diane Oldham, all of Taylorville; grandchildren: Kelley L. Izatt and Matthew D. Izatt , both of Wheaton; and two step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and husbands. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 15, in Shafer Funeral Home, with Pastor Steve Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, September 14, in the funeral home.
