Frances M. Brewer, 86 of Greenville, formerly of Reno, died Saturday, July 24, 2010 at 3 a.m. at Fair Oaks in Greenville.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 27, from 5-8 p.m. at the Perfetti Funeral Home in Sorento. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Elmer L. Fenton officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery at Reno.

She was born Nov. 28, 1923 at Sorento, the daughter of Dwight and Mabel (Finke) Micnhimer. She married Ralph Brewer on Jan. 11, 1942 at Sorento; he preceded her in death on Feb. 23, 1999.

She was a homemaker and a member of Reno Baptist Church.

Survivors include four sons, Leroy (wife Sarah) Brewer of Coffeen, Steven "Pat" (wife Sandy) Brewer of Mt. Olive, Randy (wife Tammy) Brewer of Mitchell, and Rodney (wife Kimberly) Brewer of Smithboro; four daughters, Karen Turner of Greenville, Margie (husband Lynn) Wall of Sorento, Kathy (husband Robert) Cunningham of Eagerville, and Darlene Brewer of Ocala, FL; 21 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Dwight Micnhimer of Hillsboro; a daughter-in-law, Linda Brewer of Vandalia; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceding her in death were her parents; son, Gale Brewer; brothers, Delbert and Vallee Micnhimer; sisters, Louise Jarman, Phyllis Mast and Janice Hill; granddaughter, Janey Wall; and great-granddaughter, Stormy Lee Maass.

Memorials are suggested to Reno Bethel Cemetery or Bond County Hospice.
