G Carol Maass

G. Carol Maass, 69, of Carlinville, IL formerly of Walshville, IL passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at 10:22 PM at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.

She was born May 13, 1934 in St. Louis, Missouri the daughter of Herman and Sophie (Collins) Helvey. She married Raymond Maass in St. Louis, Missouri, he preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her parents; sons, Randy and Ricky Maass; Granddaughter, Stormy Maass; 3 Brothers; 1 Sister. 
Mrs. Maas was a homemaker and of the Lutheran faith. She lived her early life in the Walshville/Panama area before moving to Carlinville in 1997. 

Survivors: Son, Jeff (Cindy) Maass of Coffeen, IL; Daughter, Kelli Maass of St. Louis, MO; 10 Grandchildren; 6 Great Grandchildren; Brother, Vester Helvey of Wentzville, MO; Many Nieces and Nephews. 

Friends may call Friday, April 23 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Perfetti Funeral Home in Sorento. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 24 at 11:00 AM at Perfetti Funeral Home in Sorento. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, Reno. 

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
