Jerry Grotts passed away at his home on February 13, 2013. He is survived by his wife Melba, his daughter Julie (Todd) Nickel, his sister Patsy Tedrick, and his brother Lloyd Grotts. He is also survived by his grandchildren Sarah & Dustin Lawler, and Trevor Nickel. Also his great grandchildren Drake and Eli Lawler. He grew up in the Mulberry Grove area and graduated from Mulberry Grove High School. He had worked at Bass-Mollett Publisher and Nevco Scoreboard in Greenville. He the started driving a truck and drove for Pioneer Oil for 16 years. He also drove for Freuh Transportation and B & W Trucking. He coached softball in Mulberry Grove and was a member of the Mulberry Grove First Church of Christ. Memorial contributions are suggested to The Mulberry Grove First Church of Christ or Bond County Hospice
