Glen P. Fudge

Glen P. Fudge, 76 of Taylorville passed away at 12:35 PM on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Taylorville Memorial Hospital.

He was born on March 30, 1940 at Indiana the son of Thomas Melvin and Edna Ann (Gilmore) Fudge. Glen married Mary L. Flannigan on April 27, 1970 at Taylorville Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 half brothers.

Glen worked for Alexander Plumbing and then for Taylorville Country Club, retiring after 25 years of service. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, especially Richard Petty. He was a Die Hard Cubs Fan.

He is survived by: His wife, Mary L. Fudge of Taylorville, IL; 1 Niece and 1 Nephew.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Shafer-Perfetti Funeral Home in Taylorville with Rev. Dayle Badman officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
