Goldie N. Barnhill

Goldie Nileene (Kindernay) Barnhill, 86 of Donnellson, IL passed away at 8:05 PM on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

Goldie was born on November 24, 1928 at Reno the daughter of Lawrence and Ora Frances (Glenn) Brewer. She married Barney W. Barnhill on April 29, 2006 at Donnellson. She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 Brothers and 2 Sisters.

Goldie was a homemaker. She was a member of Reno Baptist Church. She loved raising plants and working word search puzzles.

Survivors include: Her husband, Barney W. Barnhill of Donnellson, IL; Daughters, Helen Dobelman of Hillsboro, IL, Nileene Marie Hancock of Donnellson, IL and Dorothy Anne Kruse of Litchfield, IL; Sons, David (Linda) Kindernay of Panama, IL, Joe (Robin) Kindernay of Pawnee, IL and John (fiancAC., Meghan) Kindernay of Hillsboro, IL; Several grandchildren and great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; Several step children; Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Perfetti Funeral Home in Sorento with Rev. Robert Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Donnellson Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday at Perfetti Funeral Home in Sorento.
