Jarod A. Tarrant

Jarod Adam Tarrant, 28 of Palmer passed away at 10:35 PM on Friday, October 17, 2014 at his home.

He was born on March 23, 1986 at Decatur the son of Greg and Janet (Alexander) Tarrant. He was preceded in death by his father, Greg Tarrant; Grandparents, Joseph Tarrant and Melvin and Fern Alexander; Brother in law, Tommy Wiseman; Special Uncle, Don Garmon.

Jarod was a 2004 graduate of Morrisonville High School. In his early years he was active in the Boy Scouts. He loved his cars and his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Jarod worked as a warehouse laborer.

Survivors include: Sons, Mason Leo Joseph Tarrant of Palmer, IL and Trenton Adam Tarrant of Taylorville, IL; Mother, Janet Tarrant (companion, Aaron Sajna) of Springfield, IL; Sister, Christina Wiseman of Palmer, IL; Brothers, JayR Tarrant of Morrisonville, IL and Jonathan (wife, Marsha) Tarrant of Mt. Auburn, IL; Grandmother, Shirley Tarrant of Taylorville, IL; Special Aunt, Kathy Garmon of Taylorville, IL; Many aunts, uncles, cousins, 1 niece and many nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 24, 2014 at Anderson Cemetery in Palmer. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 7:00-9:00 PM at Perfetti Funeral Home in Morrisonville.

Memorials are suggested to the family of Jarod A. Tarrant.
