Jerald R. Allen

Jerald R. Allen, 69, of Taylorville died on Monday, September 25, 2006 at 6:43 A.M. at St. Vincent’s Memorial Hospital in Taylorville. He was born July 26, 1937 to Cale and Irene (DeSelms) Allen.

He is survived by his mother Irene Allen of Taylorville, daughters: Valerie Allen Singh of Taylorville, Michelle Daniels of Taylorville, and Yvonne Ginger (husband Allen) of Taylorville; Grandchildren: James Ginger II, Shanda Ginger, Travis Ginger, Suviya Dickey (husband Garrett), Weston Ginger, Alexandrea Schimanski; One great-grandchild, Psymon Cale Dickey. He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral services will be held at Shafer Funeral Home, Taylorville, one hour prior to the service. burial will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery, Taylorville, IL.

Pallbearers include: James Ginger II, Shanda Ginger, Travis Ginger, Suviya Dickey, Weston ginger, Allen Ginger, and Garrett Ginger.
