I am so sorry to hear of Kandi’s passing. She was such a sweet person and she will be missed. Prayers for her family.
So sorry to hear this. A bunch of us former kids from Shumway Apartments were reminiscing just a week ago, and of course I remembered Kandi as a sweet neighbor who taught me how to ride my bike back in the 80’s. Prayers of peace to her loved ones.
I will love you forever 💔💔
So sad to hear about her passing. We have been friends for years. Hadn’t made much contact last couple of years. Breaks my heart for her children. Prayers sent to her family and friends. Fly high sweet girl 💔💜
So sorry to hear about Kandi. My thought and prayers are with the Hamell and Black families. Rest in Heaven sweet Kandi.

I was heartbroken to hear of Kandi’s passing. I worked with Kandi in Rochester, MN and had the privilege to meet her daughter, Carlee, briefly when they stopped by my house. Kandi was so proud of her children. She talked about them and their accomplishments all the time. Kandi was always very kind and would bring in the best baked goods to share with the team. A very lovely lady who will be missed by her family and friends. My heartfelt prayers and condolences to everyone.
