Madeline Elizabeth Becker

Madeline Elizabeth Becker, 95, of Morrisonville passed away Monday, October 29, 2007 at 8:45 PM at Taylorville Care Center.

She was born December 18, 1911 in Morrisonville the daughter of the late John Matthew and Rebecca Lee (Jones) Becker.

Madeline graduated from Millikin University. She was an elementary school teacher with the Morrisonville Public Schools for 45 years before her retirement in 1977. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Morrisonville.

Survivors: Nephew, David Becker of Denver, CO; Niece, Courtney Cummins of Bullhead City, AZ.

Friends may call on Friday, November 2 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Moffitt-Perfetti Funeral Home in Morrisonville. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 3 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church in Morrisonville with the Rev. Jim Ferrill officiating. Burial will follow in Morrisonville Cemetery.
