Mary A. White, age 65, loving Mother and Sister of Greenville passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015 surrounded by her family at Helia Healthcare. Friends are invited to call on Saturday, April 11, 2015 from 1-3 PM at Young Funeral Home. A family service will be held at 3 PM. There will be no burial as Mary gifted her body to St. Louis University School of Medicine. Mary was born October 6, 1949 in Belleville, IL to Russell E. and Helen (Devlin) Nail. She married Danny Heeter, they later divorced. She later married Jerry White on September 2, 1985 in Carlyle, IL. He died August 19, 2013. She is survived by her mother Helen Nail Carrico of Coulterville, IL., her children Barbara Bailey of Greenville, IL, Sherral (Jack) Langel of Greenville, IL, and Danny Heeter, Jr of Dunnellon, Fl., her step-daughter Juli (Mike) Odorizzi of Highland, IL,, her sister Martha (Harry) Higgerson of Pickneyville, IL, her brothers Russell Nail of Lawetyville, FL, Clarence (Nancy) Nail of Red Bud, IL, and Jerry (Carol) Nail of Perryville, MO. She is also survived by her grandchildren Bryan Bailey of Kirkwood, MO, Tiffany (Steve) Wickman of Greenville, IL , Gage and Gavin Langel of Greenville, IL, step-grandson Jake (Carissa) Odorizzi of Tampa, FL, and great granddaughter Melaney Wickman of Greenville, IL. She was preceded in death by her father Russell Nail, step-father Bill Carrico, and her husband Jerry White. She was a member of Keyesport American Legion Post #1994 Ladies Auxiliary and had worked at DeMoulins. She enjoyed baking, sewing, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to The Lemuel Rhodes Cancer Foundation or The Keyesport American Legion Post #1994 Ladies Auxiliary.
