Max Bauer passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013 at his home. Max is survived by his sister Elaine Anthony and his brother Kevin (Pam) Bauer. He grew up and lived in the Smithboro area most of his live. He graduated from Mulberry Grove High School and attended SIU-Carbondale. He worked at farming and Bauer Fur Company. Memorials are suggested to The Smithboro First Responders or St. Peter's United Church of Christ
