SPRINGFIELD - Mildred E. (Whalen) DeFeo, 87 of Springfield passed away Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 9:45 p.m. at Memorial Medical Center.
She was born September 28, 1923 at Virden the daughter of Patrick Leo and Ella Josephine Whalen.
Survivors: Brother, Patrick D. "Patty" (Pat) Whalen of Morrisonville, IL; Sisters, Marjorie Mormino of Burnsville, MN and Mary (Richard) Mormino of Taylorville, IL; Several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, November 5 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Maurice Catholic Cemetery in Morrisonville with Father Gerald Bunse officiating.
Perfetti Funeral Home in Morrisonville is in charge of arrangements.
