TAYLORVILLE - Nancy R. Lyerla, 41, of Taylorville died Monday, June 21, 2010, at St. John's Hospital.

Shafer-Perfetti Funeral Home in Taylorville is in charge of arrangements. A celebration of life service for Nancy Renee Lyerla, 41, formerly of Taylorville, will be held on Saturday, June 26, at noon at Shafer-Perfetti Funeral Home, Taylorville, followed by a reception at 101 Heights Avenue in Taylorville.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Ms. Lyerla passed away peacefully in Springfield, Illinois on Monday, June 21, 2010.
