Nicholas Ramon Antonio

Nicholas Ramon Antonio, 74 of Pana passed away Sunday, April 3 2011 at 12:02 PM at his home.

He was born March 20, 1937 at St. Louis, MO the son of Frank and Gladys (Ivey) Antonio. He married Carollee Thalmann and the Jane Matthews, both marriages ended in divorce. He was preceded in death by his parents and both former wives.

Nicholas was employed for many years in the automobile industry. His last position was an executive with Buick. He was a US Air Force veteran.

Survivors include: Loving companion, Joan Bauer of Pana, IL; Sons, Ronald (wife, Sherry) Antonio of Taylorville, IL and Stephen (wife, Millie) Antonio of Fort Lauderdale, FL; Daughters, Sandra Antonio of Collinsville, IL and Susan (husband, Chris) Diddlebock of Alton, IL; 5 grandchildren, Nicole Eblin, David Antonio, Ronee (husband, David) Foraker, Chris Purcell and Ashley Purcell; 5 great grandchildren; Brother, John (wife, Shelia) Antonio of Davenport, FL; Many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Shafer-Perfetti Funeral Home in Taylorville is in charge of arrangements.
