Phyllis "Butch" Irene Reck

Phyllis Irene "Butch" Reck, 89, of Taylorville, passed away on June 7, 2007 at 12:40 A.M at Taylorville Care Center - Taylorville, Ill. She was born March 23, 1918 in Taylorville, the daughter of Thomas Earl and Flossie Mae Price Bates. She married Leno A. Reck in Taylorville, on October 29, 1966. "Butch" worked for 33 years for Taylorville Bowl, and for 10 years drove for Christian County Mental Health and also was a driver for schools and charters for Smith Bus Service. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary. 

She is survived by her husband of Taylorville, Son -Thomas R. (wife Joy) Dyson of Taylorville. Grandchildren: David, Mark, Kristen Dyson, Taylorville, Ill. 

Visitation will be Monday, June 11, 1007 from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Shafer Funeral Horne, Taylorville, Ill 

Funeral Service Will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at Shafer Funeral Horne, Taylorville, Ill. Burial is at Camp Butler National Cemetery, Riverton, Ill.
