Ruth Jessie Montacue

Ruth Jessie Montacue, age 93, of Vandalia, IL passed away Friday, August 31, 2018 at Vandalia Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Vandalia, IL. There will be no public service for her. Burial will be in McKendree Chapel Cemetery.

Ruth was born April 21, 1925 in Carlyle, IL to John and Marguerite Elizabeth (Tuttle) Montacue. She never married is the last of her family.

She attended school is Wheatfield township and lived with her parents of family farm. They moved to Carlyle, IL in 1959. She and her mother moved to Greenville in 1962. She had worked as an in home care giver.
