Karen and Family, deepest sympathy on the loss of Wayne. Cherish all your wonderful memories. Prayers o you and your family during this difficult time.
Marrying into the Murphy family I was immediately introduced at family gatherings to Uncle Wayne or just simply Doc. Wayne always had a smile & was always so nice. Our conversations were about boating, hunting and traveling. It’s been a pleasure these last 23 years .You leave behind a terrific family & helped your patients(friends) along the way. What a good life… So sorry for your loss Karen , Jon & Katie.

I am so sorry to hear about Wayne. He was Rich’s favorite doctor. He was never too busy to chat when I was at the house and he came home for lunch. It was a privilege to know ALL four of you. You all are in my prayers. Rich and I are in Texas so unfortunately we won’t be able to pay our respects.
I worked at the hospital for 8 yrs. during the time Dr. Manson & Karen were there. Remember the many times he came in wearing his military uniform after returning from duty. Always friendly and hard working.
Both my husband and I got to serve along side of Dr. Manson at SVMH/TMH. When I had to call him about a patient he always took the time to listen to what I had to say. He was well respected at the hospital and in our community. He has been and will continue to be missed. Rest in Peace Dr Manson.
He was a very dedicated and compassionate physician and surgeon.
He will be sorely missed by his colleagues, friends and patients.
With wife Yen, we send our sincere condolences to Karen and the whole family

We were so shocked to get the news about Wayne. Unfortunately, we didn’t find out in time to make it to the services. You know how much we loved and adored you and Wayne and how much fun the guys had training together at SIU. Please give me a buzz so we can catch up.
