William "Bill" Thomas Stevenson

William “Bill” Thomas Stevenson, 58, of Shokan, New York formerly of Sorento passed away Thursday, July 21, 2005 at 1:10 PM at his home.

He was born December 14, 1946 in Litchfield, IL the son of Harold A. And Rebecca R. (Ryals) Stevenson. He married JoAnn Rozell; she survives. Preceding him in death was his father.
Mr. Stevenson worked for Stony Hollow Equipment Company in Kingston, NY as a heavy equipment operator. He served in the Navy for 12 years.

Survivors: wife, JoAnn Stevenson of Shokan, NY; Step son, Frank Canfield of Delmar, NY; Step Daughter, Penny Hayward of Glenmont, NY; 3 Step grandchildren; Mother, Rebecca R. Stevenson of Sorento, IL; Brother, Robert “Bob” (wife, Paula) Stevenson of Sorento, IL; Niece, Micki Davis of Kentucky; Nephew, Billy Stevenson of Kentucky; Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Friends may call from 1:00-2:00 PM Monday, July 25 at Perfetti Funeral Home in Sorento. Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 25 at 2:15 PM at Sunnyside Cemetery, with Rev. Elmer L. Fenton officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Sorento.
