Wilma Arlene Caulk

W. Arlene Caulk, 76, of Litchfield but formerly of Sorento, died at 12:51 a.m. Saturday, May 1, 2010, at St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield.
Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, at the Perfetti Funeral Home in Sorento with burial at Sunnyside Cemetery in Sorento. Friends may call from 4 until 7 p.m. prior to the memorial service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Caulk was born on Oct. 16, 1933, in Sorento, a daughter of the late John and Laura (Wohlert) Plappert. She married Robert L. Caulk, Sr., on Dec. 2, 1950, in Hillsboro, and he preceded her in death on April 30, 2009.
A homemaker, Mrs. Caulk was active with the Cub Scouts, PTO and the Sorento American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and baking pies.
Mrs. Caulk is survived by two sons, Robert L. (wife Katie) Caulk, Jr., of Livermoore, CA, and David (wife Carol) Caulk of Greenville; two daughters, Dotti (husband Jerry) Taylor of Morrisonville and Deb (husband David) Massena of Sorento; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Memorials are suggested to the Sorento United Methodist Church.
