Inez Lorraine Reed

Inez Lorraine Reed of Sorento passed away on Saturday, August 31, at the Lawrenceville Nursing Home in Lawrenceville, IL, where she was a resident for the last eight years. She was 91 years old. 

She was born on December 14, 1922, in Ames, Iowa, the daughter of Lionel and Rhoda Sanders. She married Aaron Reed of Sorento in 1939 and they were residence of Sorento all of their married life.

She was a member of the Assembly of God in Sorento for over 40 years. The loves of her life were her family and the church.

She is survived by one sister, Betty Lagant of Greenville, three daughters; Virginia (Richard) Kosterman of Eglin, Sharon (Wendell) Poland of Lawrenceville, Lorraine (Joseph) Hensley of Terre Haute, Indiana and one son, Michael of Roxana; five grandchildren (Clayton Bradish III, Sherrie Tucker, and Steven, Michael and Aaron Reed) plus several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceeded in death by her husband in 1985, two brothers (Pearley and Estle Sanders) and one sister, Helen Friesland.
